ACCESSORIES UNLIMITED, S.L. provides information to the User of the ACTIVEJOY application (hereinafter the "application") on data protection in an easily understandable question-answer format:

The ACTIVEJOY application has been developed and registered by ACCESSORIES UNLIMITED, S.L., a company specializing in the wholesale sale of erotic articles, as well as in the development of connected applications for the devices sold.

The ACTIVEJOY application does not collect personal data for its operation or use third-party services. Nor are user profiles or accounts differentiated.

When you use any of the functionalities of the ACTIVEJOY application that involves the collaborative use of the article by creating "apartments", at the time of creation of the "apartment" the ACTIVEJOY application generates a random apartment ID not linked to your device or any personal data. Your IP address or location is not processed or stored on any server. In addition, this data cannot be associated with your person or with any other data contained in your mobile device.

The “apartments” ID information, IP address, relative Bluetooth location tracking and the permission preferences provided for the correct operation of the application are kept on your device without them being able to identify you or being associated with any other personal data that allows you to be identified. The information is not provided or shared with third parties, and ACCESSORIES UNLIMITED, S.L., or others, do not have access to the application installed on your device or to the information, random apartment ID, IP address, location or access permissions.

Anyone with access to a supported app store can download the ACTIVEJOY app. You can use our application differentiating between two types of users:

• As a direct User. When you access the services and functions of ACTIVEJOY as a direct User, you have downloaded the application because you have purchased a product marketed by ACCESSORIES UNLIMITED, S.L., and which is compatible with said application. The direct user who also has control of the traded item can directly synchronize the item and the mobile device where the application is installed via Bluetooth protocol. This synchronization allows you to control the item and its functions, as well as to find it within the given connection range.
• As a Guest (Indirect User). When you access the services and functions of ACTIVEJOY as a Guest, you have downloaded the application, but you do not have a compatible ACCESSORIES UNLIMITED, S.L. item. As a Guest you can access the "apartments" created by a direct User who has synchronized the application with one of our articles. In this way, as a Guest you will also be able to access the functions of the article and control it from the application and "apartment" when the direct User has received your request and authorized it.

In none of these cases does ACTIVEJOY collect personal data. For each type of "apartment", the application will generate a random ID at the time of its creation in the aforementioned terms.

ACTIVEJOY will request access permissions on your mobile device so that you can enjoy all the functions offered by the item you have purchased. You can learn more about the requested permissions below.

The data is kept on your mobile device while you have the application installed on your device and while the “apartment”, in collaborative connected mode, remains active and is not deleted by the creator or as long as a participant remains in the session.

The ACTIVEJOY app has been designed to work with different types of items and offer different benefits and features. In this way, thanks to the connected application you can locate the item, access the music and sounds modes and create “apartments” for remote control. Specifically, permission will be requested to:

• Enable Bluetooth. If allowed, the app will sync with the item and certain functions can be controlled from the app. You will also be able to detect how far away the device is and its location.
• Connect to nearby compatible items and determine their relative position. If permitted, the application will access Device Information, such as your mobile device identification number, model, and operating system manufacturer and version. It is used to run the app successfully on the designated device.
• Access mobile device information. If permitted, the application will access Device Information, such as your mobile device identification number, model, and operating system manufacturer and version. It is used to run the app successfully on the designated device.
• Access the microphone and media files. If allowed, different modes related to sounds and music can be enabled. It is only used to stream music from your mobile device to the Application for music-related functions. These permissions will be executed when you install or access the Application for use. Permissions can be revoked at any time from your mobile device settings or by uninstalling the app.
